  • 3.2 Restrictions: You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the site’s functionality.

4. Purchases and Payment

  • 4.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change.
  • 4.2 Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our site.
  • 4.3 Transaction Confirmation: Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your transaction.
  • 4.4 Stripe Radar: We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. 5. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return purchased products and how refunds are processed.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rebeluxe or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

7. Liability Limitation Rebeluxe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this site or from any agreement with Rebeluxe.

8. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • 9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our site shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • 9.2 Dispute Notification: In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle such disputes. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.
  • 9.3 Mediation: If the parties do not reach such a solution within a period of 30 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be subject to mediation. The mediation shall be conducted in the UAE in accordance with the mediation rules of the UAE.
  • 9.4 Arbitration: In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the UAE, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the UAE. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
  • 9.5 Legal Proceedings: Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunction relief or other urgent judicial relief if such action is necessary to prevent irreparable damage.
  • 9.6 Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs in the mediation and arbitration process. However, the prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
  • 9.7 Waiver of Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes with Rebeluxe on an individual basis. You agree that you will not bring any claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
  • 9.8 Limitation of Claims: You agree that any claim you may have arising out of or related to your relationship with Rebeluxe must be filed within one year after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.

10. Modifications to the Terms Rebeluxe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Shop In-Store Purchases & Returns:

Shop Sales are final, no returns or exchanges as per UAE law for used items.

Online Orders Returns (Local & International Orders):

 For orders placed on Rebeluxe’s Website, Mobile App

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including Rebeluxe's Security Tag (Black Tag), as well as any other items included in packaging such as dust bags, cards, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

For international orders returns, a tracking number must be provided. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and check the product photos carefully. 

Please do not hesitate to ask more questions and/or request more photos by contacting our customer service team. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
